RJ Jurowski continues to adapt our contract delivery methods. Construction management is a professional service that provides a project's owner(s) with effective management of the project's schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and function. Many of our clients prefer the Construction Management approach. RJ Jurowski will provide preconstruction services throughout the design and bidding process. We will then competitively bid all scopes of work - including work we typically self perform. After the design and preconstructon work are completed, RJ Jurowski will provide all project administrative and construction management services for all subcontractors and material suppliers and well as on site supervision and selected self perform work.
