Chad began his life in Independence, after college and 10 years living in the Twin Cities he returned to the community. Before, during, and after achieving his Bachelor of Science in Automation Systems from UW-Stout, Chad has worked in many aspects of the construction world.
"Family and community are number one to me. It's nice to have a company with the same values this close to home to work for."
In his free time Chad enjoys the beautiful Midwest outdoors with his son and family. They enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and baseball. As a member of the community, Chad is on the Independence volunteer fire department, a member of the Independence Water and Sewer commission, and an active member in his Church.
"I've lived and traveled around the country and out of it and there is no better place to live. And if you don't like the weather give it an hour it might change."
