Project in included complete renovation of the the entire 40,000 sf fitness center with new building exterior envelope, interior finishes and mechanical, electrical plumbing and fire protection services. Additionally, the indoor pool was completely replaced. A 2,400 sf storage space addition was added to the project. Sitework included new sidewalks, asphalt paving green space, and an enclosed patio space.
